Personal
Training sessions are one hour of one on one conditioning with one of our
professional trainers. The trainer will structure the sessions based on the
particular needs of the client, making sure that all appropriate components
of fitness are included in the program. Training sessions will provide
education in addition
to exercise to ensure
that each client receives maximum benefit from each session.

Personal Training is available
at the
following rates:
Single Session - $45
Six Sessions - $250
12 Sessions - $450.
