18 Exercises to Improve Your 18 Holes
(18 Stretching and Strengthening Exercises for Golf
Performance)
If you have been looking for a new
way to help your golf game, this may be just what you’ve been looking for.
You have been working on those skills and techniques which are crucial to
the game. Now, quite possibly, the only thing missing is to perform them all
completely and consistently for 18 holes with no breakdown from a lack of
physical ability or fatigue. By developing strength and flexibility in areas
of the body specifically important to your golf game, you can help yourself
to greatly increase the efficiency of the golf swing and the involved body
mechanics. Our program is designed to benefit participants through an
increased ability to perform the golf skills that they have already learned
without trying to redesign their game.*
18 Exercises to Improve Your 18
Holes is a four hour seminar designed by our Exercise Physiologist
to get you started on the road to greater satisfaction with your golf game
through better performance.
